Taking out at least 15 minutes everyday for yourself to do some kind of physical activity like walking, exercise, weight training, resistance training, yoga etc.

Taking care of your Health

Your health deserves your full attention, never take it for granted. This body of yours is a vehicle that is allowing you to live this life, don’t make the mistake of taking it as a joke. Respect your body.

Meditating

Grant yourself a moment of stillness. Let the outside world fade away as you focus on your breath and the sensations in your body. Pay attention to the whispers of your mind and make it a daily ritual. Meditate and spare some time for yourself.

Eating Good Food

Consume a well-balanced and healthy diet that nurtures you and enriches your body with good nutrients.

Mind is the central space where all the conversations happen after all. Just like a gardener takes care of his garden, so must a man cultivate his mind.

It is a state of mental well- being where an individual can cope with daily life stressors while effectively contributing in society.

Well-being is like a garden wherein you plant healthy habits (seeds) and nurture them with care (discipline and consistent efforts) and overtime, you reap the rewards. Thus wellness and well-being have a cause and effect relationship.

Extreme ownership for leaders is the concept that even if you are in a position of power where it is very easy for you to put the garbage onto other team members, a good leader does not do that and takes full responsibility of the outcome without making any excuses.

Stoicism, like the idea of extreme ownership, teaches you to manage your emotions and take responsibility for your life, even when things are tough. Both philosophies believe in staying strong and not making excuses
